Founded by Bette Miller in 2004, Fairway Mortgage, Inc. is a full-service, family-owned and operated mortgage company centrally located in Boca Raton, FL (“Fairway Mortgage”).

Prior to entering the mortgage business, Bette founded and spent 17 years as President of Credit Service Bureau, Inc., a credit information services company which was acquired by Experian in the late 90s. Drawing from her credit background, Bette understood there was a general misunderstanding among the broader borrower population regarding the importance of, and how to build/maintain, credit. This unique knowledge base formed the foundation of Fairway Mortgage, which continues to be cornerstone
to the business today.

A natural extension of her business, Bette genuinely enjoys helping others. Originally a Chicagoan, Bette moved to South Florida with her family as a teenager, attended school in Fort Lauderdale and, eventually, moved to Boca Raton. An avid reader and dog-lover, Bette and her husband, John, have two children (one of which is involved in the family business!) and two dogs. When not working, you can find Bette enjoying a local restaurant, reading or spending time with her family.
